1. 螢幕高度:
螢幕調整至眼睛能平視位置
2. 鍵盤位置:
桌面/鍵盤位置可以讓手肘保持微彎,甚至彎曲90度(無需聳肩使用鍵盤或滑鼠)
3. 椅子調整:
椅背能輕微靠到腰部(可墊個小枕頭),椅子高度讓膝蓋自然垂下碰地 (膝蓋彎曲約90度)
